MUST have MI License in hand. - # Beds: 5 bed ICU (2 IMC in hallway).- Nurse: Patient Ratios: 2-1 for ICU; 3-1 IMC dependent on acuity.- Common diagnoses: Resp. failure, Septic shock, detox, DKA, A-fib, Arrhythmia's requiring pacing. Strong in vent management. No pulmonology or dialysis, no cardiac surgery.- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Min. 2 years ICU in ICU setting. Must be comfortable floating to MS-Tele. Prefer someone with Critical Access or Trauma Level 3 or 4 experience, or used to more rural setting
