Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible pediatrician to join our growing Pediatric Hospitalist Team. 400+ bed Medical Center serving 23 counties in North East Arkansas 18 Pediatric Beds 40-50 pediatric patients per month 19 bed NICU, Certified Level IIIA 17 LDR Rooms, 1900 deliveries a year Team support: Daytime nurse practitioner for newborns, dedicated lactation team and family medicine residents for pediatric patients. Care Responsibilities include: Providing inpatient care to hospitalized pediatric patients and newborns. Provide backup and consultative services to UAMS NE Family Medicine Residency program with pediatric/newborn consults as needed. Provide consultative services to local community hospitals, ERs and clinics. Must be a physician leader in the areas of safety and quality.
