Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg Acute
Shift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week, with weekend and holiday rotation
Length: 13 Weeks
Holiday Requirement: Yes, rotate every other holiday.
Requirements:
- IL license
- 1 year of experience
- Must have Post-op care of patients, critical thinking skills
- AHA BLS
Other Details;
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Post op surgical , trauma, overflow medical, dressing changes, wound care, IV therapy, pain management, drains, NGs, central lines, TPN.
Nurse: Patient Ratios: 4-5 /RN days 5-6/RN nights.
Charting System- EPIC
Travelers are the 1st to float. Will float to unit with same level of experience. If an ICU RN floats to general
