• Patient Load: 22-23 scheduled; 18-19 seen per day (established patients)
• Base Salary: 180,000-200,000
• Outpatient Incentive up to 35,000
• Supervision: 1,000 per month/ per midlevel
• Relocation: 5,000-15,000
• Sign-on: 10,000-25,000
