Required Skills:
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (must be BC, no BEs accepted)
- DEA Certification
- Experience with obstetric and gynecologic patient care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Competence in managing multiple patients efficiently
- Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting obstetric deliveries
- Familiarity with ultrasound procedures onsite
- Previous work in community health centers or similar settings
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams including midwives and support staff
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN
- Previous engagement with hospital-based obstetric care
- Previous credentialing in similar healthcare environments
Other Requirements:
- Must be available for a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks per month
- Willingness to work a 24-hour hospital call shift (07:00 to 07:00) once weekly
- Clinic days include two 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Confidence in managing approximately 14 patients daily
- Onsite ultrasound experience preferred
- Ability to drive and manage travel logistics via personal vehicle; rental options may be available
- Willingness to undergo credentialing process within 60-90 days
