Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $450,000+ guaranteed Year 1 base salary
- Generous Performance Bonus: Proven earning potential $600,000+ as partner
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 sign-on bonus

- Generous PTO: 40+ days off per year (PTO + CME + every-other-week set day off + half-day Fridays)

Qualifications
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Experience: All experience levels welcome - new graduates encouraged to apply
