Seeking a BE/BC non-operative Sports Medicine Physician (Family Medicine background) to join a high-volume, multidisciplinary orthopedic practice providing comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal care including ultrasound-guided injections, PT management, bracing, and sideline coverage. Role emphasizes collaboration with surgeons, APPs, therapists, and athletic trainers, with opportunities for procedural skill expansion and community involvement. Competitive compensation includes guaranteed base salary, production bonus, sign-on/relocation, generous PTO, retirement contributions, and full benefits.
We are seeking a non-operative Sports Medicine Physician to join a busy, multidisciplinary orthopedics team that includes orthopedic surgeons and experienced APPs. This role offers the opportunity to focus on comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a well-supported, physician-led environment.
What You ll DoProvide non-surgical care for sports-related and musculoskeletal injuries
Develop individualized treatment plans including:
Physical therapy
Bracing and conservative management
Injections (corticosteroid, PRP)
Ultrasound-guided procedures
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions
Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care providers
Optional sideline and event coverage available
Established orthopedic practice with 2 surgeons and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
High-volume musculoskeletal and sports medicine patient base
Strong multidisciplinary collaboration
Focused non-operative Sports Medicine role
Collaborative, team-based orthopedic environment
Opportunity to use and expand ultrasound-guided procedural skills
Optional community and athletic involvement through sideline coverage
Guaranteed $302,000 base salary for the first two years
wRVU-based production bonus
