Work dates needed: ASAP - must be 6 months Preferred schedule: Part-Time 16 hours, 2 days, 8 hours a day, Monday and Friday schedule ONSITE. 8:30am to 5pm Worksite setting: outpatient Scope of work: Medication assessments and follow-ups with flexible appointment scheduling. Client allows 1.5 - 2 hours for initial assessments and 30-45 minutes for medication follow ups, depending on clinical complexity. Case management support in a multidisciplinary team setting. Ongoing symptom management Licenses, certifications, requirements: CA license, DEA, clean background and Board Certification EMR: Clinicians Gateway Pay rate: $265/hr. all-inclusive (includes travel, etc. needs)
