Unit Details:
- Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients
- # of Beds in unit: 16
- RN to Patient ratio: 4:1
- Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
- Dress code: any color scrubs
- Remote Tele Unit
- MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
- MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - [REQUIRED]
- 3 years experience- [REQUIRED]
- Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units - [Required]
- Previous travel experience: [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift
- Neuro/stroke experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. [REQUIRED]
Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit

- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License, ACLS, BLS, PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile):
