The Virtual Service Representative supports biotech sales and access initiatives by engaging healthcare professionals remotely to promote specialty pharmacy products and services. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing strategic campaigns, and maintaining detailed records while adhering to regulatory and client policies. Candidates should have pharmaceutical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt and perform in a virtual contact center environment.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting field teams in the execution of strategic plans and campaigns
- Support ongoing brand initiatives including transition from retail to specialty pharmacy partners, broadening brand awareness by fulfilling basic office needs that reinforce productacquisitionwithin healthcare settings.
- Engage with Healthcare Professionals in the support ofproduct access points and management of client materials within assigned territories, includingco-pay cards, marketing campaigns, and patient support materials.
- Establish phonepresence;commanding & disarming, ability to create rapport, network, build, andmaintainproductive business relationships.
- Adhere to new therapeutic areas and channels of business and adapt to organizational change.
- Leverage and use customer networks,resourcesand tools via phone/web to expand connectivity,reachand interest across stakeholders.
- Verify and complete required data entry including details of the target’s responses, notes and anyfollow-throughactionsin accordance withpolicies and procedures set by the client.
- Maintain call productivity and metrics, which are required byInizioEngage and the client.
- Manage daily callactivitytooptimizetime and maximize the achievement ofsalesobjectives.
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions, thereby ensuring acceptance of, or agreement with a “call plan”objective.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Client’s products and ensure clear,conciseandaccuratecommunication of product informationand benefits of specialty pharmacynetworkwith target audiences usingproperterminology.
- Successfully complete the Client’s product training (self-study, testing, fieldworkand classroom training at the Client’s site or electronically) and meet training expectations set by the Clientin order toproceedto servicing the Client’s customers within the parameters of the program.
- Effectivelyandtimelycommunicatewith the Virtual Sales Manager, Field Regional Sales Manager, and Field counterparts (asappropriate)onproject’sprogress.
- Execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA’s promotional regulations, and Client policy.
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ year of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience
- Previousvirtual/contact center sales experiencerequired
- Strong technical acumen
- Strong work ethic, ability to build rapport quickly
- Positive attitude, adaptable to new situations
- Is open to and activelysolicitsfeedback on performance and skill development
