We are seeking a highly qualified Internal Medicine - Neurohospitalist to provide exceptional neurocritical services in Spokane during a vital week of coverage. Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in the relevant state
- Certification in neurology or internal medicine
- Proven experience in neurohospitalist or neurocritical care
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous locum tenens experience
- Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with night shift coverage
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in neurohospitalist positions
- Prior experience covering night shifts in inpatient settings
Other Requirements:
- Availability for a full week, specifically from April 21 to April 27, 2026
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am
- OT eligibility after 12 hours per day
- Travel and licensure reimbursement where applicable
