Job Summary and Responsibilities CHI Saint Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urology physician to join our team in Lexington, KY. Offer Includes: Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative production model after guarantee period. Additional quality-based bonus Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation assistance 1 week CME, $4,000 33 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays per year Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage Eligible for student loan forgiveness through federal and state forgiveness programs Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, health spending accounts, short-term disability, MyWellness benefits, and mental health resources. Job Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties : Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility Educate patients on both clinical and managed care Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate Function as an effective clinic team member Meet productivity standards Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information
