The Alfa Romeo Area Sales Manager for the Florida Region manages dealer operations to maximize sales, market share, and customer experience across multiple Alfa Romeo dealerships. The role includes training dealership staff, analyzing financial performance, coordinating marketing events, and extensive travel within the assigned territory. The position requires a self-motivated individual focused on meeting sales targets and fostering strong relationships between dealers and the brand.
The Alfa Romeo Area Sales Manager is a dealer operations position working with a group of Alfa Romeo dealerships located primarily in Florida. The Alfa Romeo Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing premium customer sales and processes, maximizing Alfa Romeo production, retail sales and share performance, revenue, and achieving established targets. This role will serve as a liaison between the Alfa Romeo dealers and Alfa Romeo brand to assist in all areas of customer experience and retail development.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting in service and part processes and operations and analyzing dealer financial performance. The position will require a self-motivated individual who thrives within a continuously changing environment. Extensive daily travel will be expected to effectively cover the geography assigned to the candidate. Activities will include consultation with dealership management on market opportunities, in-dealership training of personnel on Alfa Romeo product and coordination of grassroots events aimed at increasing awareness of the Alfa Romeo brand.
