Amergis has a great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to practice Geriatric Primary Care at a brand new facility in Kokomo, IN! Please see the details below:

Position:

• Location: Kokomo, IN (New clinic going live in November)
• Specialty: Geriatric Primary Care NP role (55+)
• Schedule: M-F 8a 4:30p; NO weekends and NO holidays; some call required but not often as typically taken by the RN
• EMR: IntusCare (Will provide training on)
• Patient Volume: 4-10 ppd
• ASAP start: 3 weeks 1.5 months

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years minimum experience working as an Adult, Family, or Geriatric NP including 1 year of experience working with frail elderly, preferably in a long-term care or primary care setting
• Board Certified
• DEA
• BLS (through AHA) or willing to obtain prior to start

Compensation:
