Our client, a well-known American cosmetics company, is growing—and they’re looking for Technical Operators to join their manufacturing team! If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great fit. You’ll play a key role in keeping equipment running smoothly while helping produce high-quality products with minimal rejections.

Consistent schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on packaging equipment during production runs
Complete operator tasks such as:
In-process quality checks
Manual filling and packaging
Loading machinery with components
Assist mechanics with basic setups and changeovers
Disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment following line clearance and safety procedures
Identify and address basic equipment issues and failure modes
Accurately complete required production documentation
What We’re Looking For
6+ months of packaging operator experience preferred
Strong safety mindset
Basic mechanical and technical skills
Ability to perform equipment changeovers (breakdown and reassembly)
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
