Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope interventional procedures, including PCI and PVI
Rotate through hospital, Cath lab, and clinic
Share STEMI call
Perform outreach services to nearby critical access hospitals
Required Procedures:
Coronary angiography, balloon angioplasty, stent placement
Intra-aortic balloon pump insertion
Peripheral vascular angiography, angioplasty, and stenting
(Additional requested privileges may be available based on experience and training)
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: NP/PA support, full hospital team
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Shared STEMI call
Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine REQUIRED
Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology or Certificate of Added Qualification REQUIRED
Oregon Medical License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years experience as an Interventional Cardiologist REQUIRED
Indicate provider s practice setting and procedure preferencesREQUIRED
