The role involves managing a caseload of 18-24 patients daily, performing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The clinical teams at the area s clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. The Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being. Full time, 1.0 FTE Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Outpatient-focused with telehealth components Multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists. TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) service line and injections services available Strong community mental health support Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR Responsibilities Manage an average caseload of 18-24 patients/day Provide care across the lifespan (diverse patient mix) Call rotation: 1:7 schedule, phone based only Conduct initial psychiatric evaluation on new patients, with follow-up treatment and medication management with existing Partner with physicians, social workers, nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans Excellent communica
