Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night-shift Neuro Medical Surgical/Telemetry position requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Neuro Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Care for patients with neurological and medical-surgical needs
- No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius
- RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week
- Specific team structure and orientation details not specified
- No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted
Requirements
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in neuro med-surg/telemetry nursing
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Driver’s license required for consideration
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of employment
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are ineligible
