$525K First Year - North Dakota Emergency Medicine!
Seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join a successful, well-established team!
The Practice:
- $100,000 Bonus/Retention Incentive + $425K Compensation Floor, plus wRVUs
- Based on data from last 3 years, members in the group have the ability to earn an average of $500,000 from personally performed wRVUs
- Team currently consists of 16 residency-trained Emergency physicians
- 13-15 shifts per month / 8-9 hour shifts
- Levell II trauma center
- 30-bed department
- 38K annual patient volume
- Full sub-specialty call with pediatric and adult hospitalist programs
- Physician-led organization
- Relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice with tail coverage
