OR RN – Circulator (Short & Clean Version) Facility: Parkview Kosciusko Hospital (New Surgery Dept – Jan 2024) Experience: 2+ years OR Circulator required Proficient in circulating multiple service lines Preferred: 2nd scrub & PACU experience Procedures: General Surgery, Robotics (DaVinci), Orthopedics (Total Joints & Revisions), C-Sections, GYN, Neuro/Spine, Podiatry, Endoscopy (EGD/Colonoscopy) Schedule: 32–40 hrs/week | 8-hour shifts Call: 1–2 nights/week + rotating weekends/holidays Call team: 1 OR RN, 1 CST, 1 SAU RN Licenses & Certs: IN or Compact RN License BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA required) Floating: PACU (if able) Unit Info: 2 ORs, 2 Endoscopy suites (+ future expansion) Primarily elective outpatient cases No ICU on site (high-acuity patients transferred) Charting: EPIC Scrubs: Hospital-provided surgical scrubs (OR attire policy enforced) Orientation: Traveler onboarding + EPIC training in Fort Wayne, IN (~1 hr drive) Rates: Facility: $95/hr Reg | $105/hr OT Holiday AP: $89.30/hr Reg | $98.70/hr OT Local travelers accepted (12% rate reduction) Notes: RTO must be listed at submission 1099: Please specify if applicable
