A 99-bed community-based hospital with an employed physician model is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist for a position in Sterling, IL. The organization currently employs about 68 physicians in 35 areas of medicine. In addition to the hospital and Main Clinic, they offer 12 additional satellite facilities in the surrounding service areas. The organization is currently seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist who prefers to practice in an environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance in a community of about 26,000 residents to become the 2nd Anesthesiologist on staff. We have primarily bread and butter cases with no neuro or open-heart cases. The CRNAs take first call, and the Anesthesiologists take second call. The call rotation for back up call will be 1:2. Anesthesiologists receive 8 weeks of vacation.
