Location: Remote (must reside near Grand Rapids, MI for occasional on-site requirements)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No Overtime)
Training: Hours may vary (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage furniture warranty service requests, working closely with service technicians and customers to ensure timely and efficient resolution. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to coordinate service requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Dispatch and schedule technicians; create and process work orders accurately.
- Interpret technician reports and follow up as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technicians and business partners.
- Source and onboard new technicians; provide feedback and coaching.
- Act as an account owner for business-to-business accounts, ensuring timely responses and compliance with SLAs.
- Respond to customer inquiries, document claim status, and close cases appropriately.
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.
Required:
- Minimum 6+ months of call center experience (inbound or outbound).
- Experience with data entry or order processing (20–30% of the role).
- Strong computer skills; ability to navigate multiple systems and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High-speed internet and ability to hardwire modem to company-provided phone.
Preferred:
- Experience in logistics, dispatching, or claims.
- Associate degree.
Disqualifiers:
- Job tenure less than 1 year in each previous position.
- Inability to work remotely.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
