Senior Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach the kitchen team with a hands-on, positive approach
- Build respectful relationships with team members while holding them accountable with integrity
- Maintain high culinary and operational standards with attention to detail
- Partner with the team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience every time
- Oversee smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Manage portion control, recipe execution, prep list completion, and waste reduction
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
Senior Kitchen Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume, scratch kitchen
- Strong, proven leadership skills with a “lead by example” style
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
- A coach-minded leader who thrives in fast-paced settings
- Ability to maintain consistent standards, exceed expectations, and inspire the team
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on work ethic
