Position Title: Production
Wage: $17.25 - $20.50 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm; 2:00pm - 10:30pm; 10:00pm - 6:30am (Mon-Fri)

Work in a fast-paced, modern facility in Britt, IA, that prioritizes food safety, innovation, and team success—where every role plays a part in feeding families across the country.
Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate forklift safely and completed daily inspections
- Ship and receive products accurately and damage-free
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
- Complete and verify shipping and receiving documentation
- Inspect and sample incoming tankers for quality and cleanliness
- Transfer and mix liquid egg products according to procedures
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment
- Follow GMP, USDA, and food safety regulations
- Communicate with staff to resolve discrepancies and safety concerns
- Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts
Production Requirements:
- Standing in one spot for 8–10-hour days
- Repetitive reaching, bending, and lifting
- Repetitive lifting of 20-40 lbs. and on occasion 70 lbs
- Repetitive motions with shoulders and wrists - gripping, reaching, squeezing
- Working for prolonged hours in 35–40-degree temperatures
- Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume.
- Previous experience in food production preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive work environment
- Ability to effectively work, not get distracted, and pay attention to the job at hand in these working conditions
