SALARYAnnual gross starting salary of $300K to $400K paid in biweekly installments by direct deposit. Performance Bonus: 30.0% to 43% commission on net collections (total income) after covering threshold. Example could be 38% for Net Collections over $800,000 and 43% commission on net collections over $1,000,000. BENEFITS Standard benefits for salaried employees, including the following

• Health (50% of employee premium cost paid by practice)
• Long Term (premium for coverage paid by practice)
• Paid Time Off (4 weeks- 4 4=16 days), CME (up to 1 week-1 4=4 days), and Holidays
• Malpractice Insurance: Paid premiums for $1 million/$3 million claims made policy
• Travel and CME Allowance: Up to $4000 per year
• License and Certification fees: Paid as necessary to maintain credentialing
• Organization Dues: Paid with management approval
