Join a supportive, hospital-employed CRNA team in New York's Capital Region. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, collaborative culture, and exposure to routine surgical cases including OB, bariatric, urology, and vascular. No cardiac, neuro, or trauma. New graduates welcome!

• Shift Options: 7:00am 3:00pm, 7:00am 5:00pm, or 7:00am 7:00pm

• Call: 1-in-6 rotation (post-call day off; participation preferred)

• Call stipend & shift differentials provided

• NBCRNA Certification by start date Required

• NY State RN/CRNA License (or ability to obtain) Required

• BLS (and applicable certifications) Required

• New graduates welcome

Salary (based on years licensed):

• 0 4 years: $210,080 (1880 hrs) to $232,419 (2080 hrs)

• 5+ years: $230,880 (1880 hrs) to $255,424 (2080 hrs)

Bonuses:

• $25K at start

• $50K at 6 months

• $25K at year 2

• $10K annual quality incentive beginning year 3
