The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various repair and upkeep tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, and safety protocol implementation within a residential community. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, preparing apartments for new residents, maintaining storage of supplies, and supporting community activities. This position requires prior maintenance or janitorial experience and a positive, proactive attitude towards diverse tasks in a supportive, senior living environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more!
Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
Salary range: USD $20.75 - USD $23.75 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure:
$20.25-$23.25/hour
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
