Shift: 10a–8p, 10-hour days
Requirements:
CNOR required
2+ years perioperative & surgical management experience
Documented management experience
EMR: Meditech
Local candidates (within 50 miles) at local rate
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily surgical flow, staffing, and case scheduling
Collaborate with anesthesia, surgeons, and department chiefs
Adjust assignments to ensure safe patient care and efficiency
Provide on-call coverage across all specialties
Preferred Competencies:
Ortho trauma, total joints (Hip, Knee, Shoulder)
Vascular (Fem Pop, AAA, AV fistula, Thrombectomies)
GYN, General, Colorectal, ENT, Urology, Spine, Trauma
Ability to run camera for laparoscopic cases
Thoracic experience a plus, but not mandatory for approval
