- Monday through Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm with 40 hour guarantee
- Home health setting
- OASIS proficiency required
- Rehabilitation equipment experience including splints and prostheses
- 2+ years acute hospital and home care experience required
- Rotating weekends and holiday coverage as needed
- Independent work capability required
- No call required

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
