New Gastroenterology Physician Locums Job in Ohio

Our client in the greater Cleveland area is searching for a Gastroenterologist to assist with coverage in 2026. The ideal candidate will be able to drive in and cover all open dates. Please review details and reach out to Jeff to further discuss the opportunity.

7AM 3/2/26-7AM 3/9/26
7AM 4/27/26-7AM 5/4/26
7AM 9/28/26-7AM 10/5/26
7AM 11/16/26-7AM11/23/26
7AM 11/30/26-7AM 12/7/26

Job Requirements for Assignment :
Board Certification required
Active Ohio license or IMLC required
Covering inpatient service, no outpatient. All bread and butter GI (bleeds, occasional liver disease)
Hospitalist service will consult GI. There is an intenstivist team that handles ICU/CCU patients
Level II trauma hospital
Anesthesia available 24/7
Average 6-8 consults per day, inpatient census is usually around 15
There is APP support for rounding and notes every day
Olympus for scoping and Provation for Endoscopy documentation
EMR EPIC
