Facility:
This community hospital features a full complement of radiology services, inpatient units, and an attached Emergency Department. The facility is staffed with CRNAs that cover call 24 hours per day for anesthesia and epidural needs, supporting a low-volume obstetrics service with under 100 deliveries per year.

Job Details:
• Start date: February 1, 2026 (ongoing assignment)
• Friday-Monday call coverage 1-2 times per month with flexibility on dates
• Low-volume practice with 0-2 patient encounters per shift
• 6-bed department in a Level 4 trauma facility
• Primarily low-risk pregnancy management required
• High-risk pregnancy management preferred
• FHR interpretation skills (NST/CST/FSE) required
• Routine vaginal delivery management required
• Low forceps delivery skills preferred
• Decision-making for c-section required
• C-section and complicated delivery management including breech presentations preferred
• Ability to manage abruptions and VBACs required
• Skilled in repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Surgical gynecology experience required, including open procedures
• Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures preferred
• Operative/major gynecological procedures required, including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA procedures
• Must be licensed in Wisconsin or have IMLC
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
