Position Summary:
As the Medical Director of Echocardiography, you will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to our echocardiography lab. This role blends administrative oversight with clinical excellence, supporting both inpatient and outpatient imaging services. The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives, ensure adherence to ASE standards, foster research and innovation, and mentor the next generation of cardiologists.

Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) was established in 1972 and is a nonprofit, 1,138-bed regional tertiary referral center made up of seven hospitals: General Hospital, Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, Memorial Hospital, Plateau Medical Center, Teays Valley Hospital, Women and Children s Hospital, and Charleston Surgical Hospital. In addition to the hospitals, CAMC is comprised of the Institute for Academic Medicine and the CAMC Foundation.
