Join a premier Northern Michigan hotel group as a hands-on Director of Hotel Operations, overseeing all aspects of hotel performance—including Food & Beverage. This role is ideal for a proven hospitality leader ready to elevate service, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.

What we’re looking for a Director of Hotel Ops :
- 3+ years progressive hotel leadership experience
- Strong background across Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B, and/or Guest Services
- Michigan market knowledge (current or prior resident)
- Flexible to AM/PM shifts, weekends & holidays
- Skilled in service quality, staff leadership & problem solving
Preferred: Multi-property oversight, Marriott/Hilton experience, service training background, or seasonal volume management.
