RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Seasonal travel position
• Care for pediatric intensive care patients in a 20-bed unit
• Patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity
• Work with Philip monitors, Alaris and Medfusion IV pumps
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Must have experience with respiratory failure care (ETT, HFOV)
• Must have central line maintenance and care experience
• Preferred experience with post-operative cardiac patients
• Preferred experience with venous puncture
• Perform typical procedures including conscious sedations and CT placement
• Work alongside experienced team including free charge nurses, bedside RNs, and PCTs
• Must demonstrate flexibility, helpfulness, and humility
• Unit located on 3rd floor of Building D
