The position is for a full-time Family Medicine Physician at Wabash Valley Health Center in Terre Haute, Indiana, providing primary care services with a patient load of 16-20 per day. - Hours: Monday: 730-630 (extended hours rotated by providers on staff), Tuesday through Friday: 8-5. Each provider gets a half-day per week for admin time

- Compensation: Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $265,000, depending on experience. Sign-on + relocation assistance are negotiable, plus a health center performance bonus.

- Additional Info: Wabash Valley Health Center has an opening for a Primary Care Physician. This person reports to the Chief Medical Officer. This person will function as an independent and interdependent member of the healthcare team within our Federally Qualified Health Center. This person will assess, plan, and provide care in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Supervisory requirements include providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff and medical students.?Qualifications- Must obtain licensure in the state of Indiana- BE/BC in Family Medicine- Current CPR certification- Meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals
