Job DescriptionThe registered nurse will provide care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, managing complex medical needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions.
- Assist in the management of life support systems and ventilators.
- Participate in emergency response teams and code situations.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments.
- Conduct patient assessments and documentation using Epic charting system.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
- New York State RN license required in hand to submit.
