Alina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist with an active New York license to provide remote phone-based consult coverage for high-risk obstetric and neonatal cases.

This is a fully remote, phone-only consultative role supporting inpatient units.
No direct patient care, no procedures, and no in-person requirements.

• Provide phone-based MFM consults for high-risk pregnancies

• Support care teams managing NICU-related and neonatal concerns

• Maintain a 30-minute response time for all incoming calls

• Communicate with OB/GYN teams, NICU staff, and hospital clinicians

• Provide guidance for complex maternal and fetal cases

• 24-hour on-call coverage (remote)

• You may select your preferred days

• Phone coverage only

• Flexible monthly scheduling

• Average: 1 call per day

• High-risk deliveries: 1 out of every 6 calls

• Monthly Average:

  • 20 total consult calls

  • 7 NICU-related cases

Low volume with high clinical value.

• Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine

• Active New York medical license (IMLC welcomed)

• Strong phone communication and decision-making skills

• Comfortable supporting high-risk deliveries remotely
