Physical Therapist Role $2,300-$2,400 per week
Location: Alamosa, Colorado (Split days of the week between Alamosa Physical Therapy & Edward M. Kennedy Physical Therapy)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 90 Days (with potential extension)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team on a locum tenens basis. This role will provide coverage at both Alamosa Physical Therapy and Edward M. Kennedy Physical Therapy (EMKPT). At EMKPT, you will serve as the sole PT, supported by a tech and front desk staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment while working independently when needed.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients across all age groups with a wide range of conditions.
Manage a caseload averaging 10 patients per day.
Travel between Alamosa PT and EMKPT as scheduled.
Document patient care using NextGen EMR.
Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain).
At least 1–2 years of outpatient experience preferred.
Comfortable working independently at EMKPT.
Experience with patients of all ages.
Preferred: Certifications in Dry Needling or Cupping, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills.
