• Grow your ideal practice off a strong established general orthopedic surgery practice-total joint or sports medicine would be ideal complements
• Flexibility to design your own schedule, hire APPs to support growth, and acquire additional equipment as needed
• Rapid ramp-up expected, fueled by robust referral streams and 15 employed primary care providers within the hospital network

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive Base Salary, call pay compensation, quality bonuses, and incredible wRVU earning potential - $815,000+ Year 1
• $170,000+ recruitment package built on your needs, including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan/retention bonus
