Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Arizona State SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, dysphagia management, and documentation compliant with hospital, state, and federal guidelines preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing patient and family training preferred.

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Details: Day (5x8).
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Positions Available: 1.
• Must complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including daily notes, goals, letters of medical necessity, and discharge documentation.
• May be required to participate in student supervision as assigned.
