The role involves leading a fine dining restaurant with a farm-to-table concept in Pacific City, OR, focusing on exceptional guest experiences and team management. The manager will handle budgeting, event booking, and collaborate closely with the culinary team on menu development. Candidates should have over three years of experience in boutique or fine dining restaurant management and a strong connection to the Pacific Northwest region.

This position will require living and working in Pacific City, OR.
Dining Room Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a GM or Dining Room Manager for a boutique, fine dining restaurant
- Experience with booking and executing small groups and events
- Experience with boutique hotels highly preferred
- Experience with Forbes standards or Relais and Chateaux standards highly preferred
- Strong desire to live and work in Pacific City, OR
Dining Room Manager Responsibilities:
- Create memorable, high-end experiences for all guests!
- Create budgets and forecasts that are accurate, ambitious, and attainable
- Manage the Dining Room team with ownership and integrity
- Work with the Chef de Cuisine on menu offerings and seasonal specials
- Book small group events and ensure proper execution
- Other duties as assigned
