Wilson Memorial Hospital is seeking a board certified or eligible Internal Medicine physician to join their established Hospitalist Program with a 7-on/7-off rotation. The role involves managing adult inpatient care, including admissions, discharges, and critical procedures, supported by physicians, a medical director, and a nurse practitioner. Wilson Memorial Hospital is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine physician who has interest in participating in its Hospitalist Program. This Hospitalist physician will be employed through Wilson Care, Inc., which currently employs 24 healthcare providers and is supported by 94 employees in Wilson Care, Inc. s 13 locations in Shelby County. This Hospitalist physician will become a part of the established Hospitalist Program here at Wilson Memorial Hospital. This physician will have a seven day on and seven day off rotation and will be supported by two other providers in the Wilson Memorial Hospital Hospitalist program as well as a medical director and a Nurse Practitioner. Compensation includes a competitive salary as well as signing bonus, relocation allocation, and full benefits. Wilson Memorial is located in Shelby County where this family-oriented community offers easy access to metropolitan areas of Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio. Dayton area hospital is currently seeking a BE/BC IM Hospitalist. 7 on/7 off schedule supported by 2 other physicians, a medical director and a NP. 14-16 census daily with 4-6 admits/discharges and great specialty backup. This is a hospital employed position offering very competitive salary as well as signing bonus, relocation allocation, and full benefits. They make their own decisions. They're on very firm financial ground. They hit their revenue goals last year by double the amount they were budgeted. Come in at 7-8am, whenever they want to get in and stay until about 5pm and then come back in the morning. At 4pm, NP comes in and stays until midnight and calls with questions which usually isn't that many. One night during the week the med dir takes call, so during your 7 on you get one full night of sleep knowing you won t get a call salary $220-230K maybe come up to 250 no RVU at this time, just can't really drive business for a hospitalist like you can with primary care sign on $20-25K relo $10K Must live in Sidney the week they are on. One of the Hosp has a 1BR apt in Sidney and lives in Celina (I think is the town David said) all adult inpatient 14-16 census in the beds every day 4-6 admit discharges great specialty and subspecialty backup BC/BE IM pref, but will look at FM Male or Female ok They are D.O. friendly, both MD/DO welcome Hospitalist Procedures: intubations manage vents 24-48 hrs central lines a plus but not req responsible for codes when in hospital only responsible for codes on your floor
