Position Summary:A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Roman Forest, TX is seeking a dedicated
Physician to join their outpatient-only team. This role is ideal for a compassionate provider interested in serving underserved populations, including the uninsured and underinsured, in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Key Details:Setting: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 2.5 2.75 patients/hour (approx. per 8-hour day)
Schedule Options:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (includes one half-day for admin work)
Optional: 4-day workweek (8:00 AM 6:00 PM)
On-Call: Telephone only, shared among 13 providers (approx. 1 week every weeks)
Weekend Requirement: One Saturday shift every weeks (8:00 AM 12:00 PM)
