Hematology Oncology locum Position in Richmond, IN - $500 Hourly
Schedule: Need is for one locum provider to cover 2 weeks per month, at minimum, covering the primary call the weekend they are here.
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) -Clinic Overtime will apply after 8 hour minimum
- Call (back up to APP) 2 days of the block-On call includes consults on the hospital side as well rounding on hospital side when on call if needed.
- Weekend call: If Mon Fri worked, weekend call is 5pm Mon 7am. On a rotation.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to be submitted.
- Active IN State License or IMLC: REQUIRED
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency): REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 Years Experience: REQUIRED
- Flu vaccination or medical or religious exemption: REQUIRED
- Certifications: AHA Issued ACLS and BLS: REQUIRED
Practice Description:
- Number of Beds: 220
- 220 + bed regional hospital with additional beds in observation, mother/baby, ER and other units.
- Patients Per Day: 18 - 20
- Level III Trauma Center, Stroke and Spine Center Designations
- Stroke and Spine Center Designations
- Full Cardiology program with open heart, Diagnostic, Interventional, EP with cardiac rehab, TAVR and 30 - bed ICU/CCU with 10 beds reserved.
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants (1), several RNs
- EMR: Epic
- Time to Credential: 60 - 90 days
- Accepting Multiple Providers
- Services include an Acute Rehab Unit, Allergy Care, Cancer Center, Dermatology, Infectious Disease, Family Birthing Center, General Surgery, Hospice, PACE Center, Pediatrics, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Neurology, Sleep Center, Robotics and Technology, Wound Healing Center, and more.
