Our job summary

Restaurant Kitchen Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation, plating, sanitation, and safety while maintaining workflow during peak periods. Leads, trains and develops back-of-house staff, manages labor, portions and P&L to meet financial objectives, and supports sales and guest experience. Requires minimum two years BOH management in high-volume restaurants, strong communication and leadership skills, and occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs.).
