- EMR System: EPIC and Mosaiq documentation systems
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

- Board Certified:REQUIRED
- Active OH License & DEA:HIGHLY Preferred (Willing to consider IMLC)
- BLS Certification:REQUIRED
- Flu Vaccine:REQUIRED at the time of credentialing
- COVID Vaccine: Preferred
- Preference to candidates available for ALL listed dates

- Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
