With a strong reputation in the region, we provide a supportive, experienced environment for professionals dedicated to advancing sleep medicine and making a lasting impact on patient health. 5 fully equipped sleep suites. Dedicated referral base from over 30 primary care clinics. 12-20 patients seen per day. Two board-certified physicians and two dedicated nurse practitioners. Provider-shared pool of over 3,500 sleep study reads per year. Utilization of multiple home sleep study devices. Regional outreach 2-4 days per month. Teaching opportunities available through the Medical College of Wisconsin's Green Bay campus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary. Performance bonus. Supervision compensation APC collaboration.
