Position Title: Receiving Lead
Wage: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Receiving Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflow of the Receiving department
- Work with Sales and Purchasing to address discrepancy issues through Wrike
- Move and store products in correct bin locations and make stock movements accurately
- Compare items received with accompanied documentation, ensuring they match
- Upload freight shipments, maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness
- Manage high volume of purchase orders received, priorities and ensure correct storage procedures are used
- Manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring that all items received daily are entered within 12-24 hours
- Ensure proper time management of entire team
- Guide, support and ensure effective training of team members
Requirements for Receiving Lead:
- High School Diploma or equivalent working experience
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity directing the work of others
- Experience within a WMS environment/system; NetSuite experience a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to determine priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision yet protecting the quality of product
- Ability to build strong healthy relationships, provide excellent customer service and problem solve
- Ability to communicate with multiple departments within the organization, including members of upper management regarding purchase order status and receiving updates
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to work cohesively with team members and independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
