Candidates must hold an MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery and possess relevant experience in extremity-focused orthopedics.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in extremities to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of upper and lower limb conditions, including fractures, joint disorders, tendon injuries, and more. You will provide both surgical and non-surgical care, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for extremity-related conditions.
- Perform surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture repair, and tendon/ligament repairs.
- Work with physical therapists and medical staff for comprehensive care.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Maintain detailed patient records and stay updated on the latest orthopedic practices.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO, Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship training in extremities (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, focusing on extremities.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in NY (or eligible).
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
