Compensation:
$20.00–$23.00/hr
What You’ll Do

Maintain the dealership lot and manage detail supply inventory

Inspect incoming vehicles for transport or lot damage and arrange repairs
-
Process dealer trade paperwork and scan invoices for all new vehicles

Enter vehicle data and pricing updates in the DMS

Audit sales and RDRs and prepare stock packets for incoming vehicles
-
Train, coach, and lead team members while promoting Walser’s Core Values
-
Manage staff schedules, time off, and administrative tasks
-
Collaborate with HR and Recruiting on hiring, evaluations, and development opportunities

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
What You’ll Bring

Must be at least 18 years of age

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Manual dexterity and ability to operate equipment safely
